Your Role: Develop cost and schedule for proposal submission Construction estimates development and review, cost analysis and estimates for construction projects Review and validate cost estimates provided by subcontractors Schedule Development: Create and update comprehensive project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera Ensure schedules are aligned with project milestones and critical paths Write statements of work for local construction subcontractors and services Support and lead tax exemption process Oversee and Conduct engineering site surveys, including international travel Develop design requirements documents Review design development (preliminary, final, and project changes) Develop and monitor construction scheduled activities Perform system acceptance testing Provide documentation to complete system transfer of custody to End Users Participate in and contribute to Lessons Learned and Technical Exchange Working Group Identify in-country resources, initial risks, and mitigation strategies Develop and standardize requirements for US-based communication system and optical character recognition system vendors; and bid sheets for host country (international) construction subcontractors Support development of operation and maintenance procedures for international field personnel Capture project and program lessons learned from worldwide staff and create a Continuous Improvement Process for the program and project teams Implement and monitor Quality and Safety programs, to include training of subcontractor teams Willing to travel internationally Qualifications: BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (current) 10 - 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on engineering and construction Experience working with international teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
