Description

We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in RICHMOND HTS, Ohio, 44143-1454, United States. This role is centered around managing financial obligations in a timely and accurate manner. You will be predominantly involved in the review, processing, and routing of bills, and will serve as the liaison between our organization and software platform to ensure timely payment. This employment opportunity is a short-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Review bills to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.

• Process and route bills for payment.

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain precise customer credit records.

• Use Microsoft Excel for invoice processing and account reconciliation.

• Support in setting up new properties and managing growth over the summer.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Check Runs

• Ability to perform Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
