Job Description
Job Overview: Technical Manager to lead a team responsible for the installation, validation, and deployment of IP-based clinical, financial and regulatory reporting content. This individual will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring timely and successful deployment while maintaining high-quality standards. The role also requires strong communication skills to work closely with customers, providing guidance and ensuring smooth deployment processes. Leads a team responsible for reviewing design specification, create IP requirements, working with customers and software developers to ensure projects meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Manage and mentor a team of solution designers and business analyst ensuring efficient execution of daily operations.
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews for team members.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
IP Content Installation & Validation:
Oversee the installation and configuration of IP-based reporting content
Validate the integrity and functionality of content installations, ensuring all systems are working optimally before deployment.
Troubleshoot any technical issues and coordinate resolution efforts with the technical team as needed.
Customer Interaction & Support:
Work directly with customers to understand their content deployment needs, timelines, and specific requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support during the deployment process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on project status, resolve issues, and answer queries.
Deployment Management:
Coordinate all aspects of the content deployment process, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of deployment schedules and milestones with customer needs.
Monitor project timelines to ensure deployments are completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Management).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical management role, preferably within IP content deployment, IT systems, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of IP content delivery systems, networking, and deployment processes.
Proven leading cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,700 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
