What You’ll Do

As an EPM Tech Lead on this team, you will lead participate in delivering various customer engagements, including assessments, requirement gathering, solution design, implementations, and optimizations. You will work independently on development and issue resolution, ensure timely delivery of project artifacts. You will provide support throughout the implementation lifecycle and coordinate closely with customer and internal teams to ensure successful EPM solution. You will be responsible for the post-production support of the customer EPM Cloud implementation.

Responsibilities

About You :

  • You have experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • You are passionate about customer service, with a strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • You are an experienced EPM consultant with a consistent track record of designing and delivering high-scale, high-impact solutions

  • You have good understanding of Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Workforce planning, Capex planning, strategic planning, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statement

  • You stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle EPM technologies and best practices through continuous learning.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Finance/Business Accounting

  • 6+ years of experience in EPM consulting and implementing EPM cloud products and providing post-production support

  • Worked on end-to-end implementations in any two EPM cloud products (EPBS Modules, FCCS, ARCS, and NR)

  • Deep functional knowledge of financial processes and associated functionality in the EPM area

  • Expertise in developing custom integrations using EPM Data Integration, EPM Integration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rule, and EPM Automate

  • Hands-on knowledge of scripting (Batch/Python/PowerShell)

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and master unfamiliar concepts quickly with little supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, project/stakeholder/team management skills, and experience.

  • Knowledge of SRs, RFCs, and My Oracle Support.

  • Strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $46.30 to $95.91 per hour; from: $96,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
