Seeking a Functional Genomics and Sequencing Scientist to join or team and support therapeutic areas like Immunology, Oncology, and Cardiovascular Research.

Contract

Pay: Up to 55 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform CRISPR screening, bulk RNA-seq, and single-cell RNA-seq.

• Operate and maintain lab equipment (e.g., NovaSeq X+), troubleshoot challenges.

• Collaborate with TA scientists to design experiments and interpret data.

• Author protocols and technical reports, provide training on sequencing technologies.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and data integrity.

Education:

• Master’s degree in molecular biology or cell biology with 5+ years of experience.

Requirements:

• Expertise in NGS, functional genomics, and molecular biology methods.

• Experience in cell culture, CRISPR assays, and PCR-based assays.

• Ability to troubleshoot lab equipment and collaborate across teams.

• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
