Insight Global Public Safety Officer in Ridgefield, Washington

Job Description

An Insight Global client is hiring a Law Enforcement Officer to join their team. This officer will be responsible for enforcing laws and regulations within the jurisdiction, conducting investigations, and maintaining public safety. Key duties include responding to emergencies, providing first aid, and collaborating with other law enforcement agencies. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a commissioned law enforcement officer at the federal, state, county, city, or tribal level. They must support public safety efforts, maintain strong professional relationships, and uphold the communitys values and mission.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a commissioned law enforcement officer at the federal, state, county, city, or tribal level.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Possession of a valid WA state drivers license upon hire.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certifications within one year of hire date.

  • A graduate of an equivalent training academy from a state that has reciprocity with the WSCJTC.

  • Must meet all eligibility requirements to attend the WA

Basic Law Enforcement Equivalency Academy, if applicable.

  • Must successfully pass a background screening/investigation as per established requirements.

  • Must successfully pass all phases of the pre-employment hiring process, including but not limited to, a full background investigation, polygraph, psychological evaluation, and medical examination with drug screening. null
