Amazon Logistics is looking for a Learning Coordinator. This position will support operations by preparing new hires to be productive and drive standards adoption.
As Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading onboarding and proficiency programs, driving process standardization and process improvement. You will also perform quality audits and follow up metrics measurement that will drive customer experience and performance improvement within the delivery network.
Candidate must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight, as needed
Candidate must have availability to travel up to 15 % of the time

Key job responsibilities
Lead Learning Trainers and Learning Ambassadors.
Create and manage operational onboarding programs.
Track new hires operational productivity and guarantee learning curve improvement
Manage peak onboarding plan with main stakeholders
Mentor Amazon staff in lean principles and drive adoption of standard work processes into the daily work and habits of the operations.
Support network level excellence in six sigma and lean practices through designing and implementing processes, metrics, and the proper usage of systems.
Lever from Best at Amazon (BAA) practices to support process improvements, best practice sharing, and standardization of the work routine.
Basic Qualifications
Completed Bachelor’s Degree
Operations Background
Experience leading, teaching and developing people to deliver key organizational goals
Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
Cross-functional project management experience
Experience using and communicating performance metrics
Advanced Excel and anaytical skills
Fluent Portuguese and Intermediate English
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field as well as a MBA is a plus
Experience with Learning Management Systems and content development.
Ability to influence others without having positional authority
Certifications in Six Sigma and Lean are a plus
Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges
Experience with Learning Management Systems and content development, ADDIE and 6D certification Ability to influence others without having positional authority
