Title: Millwright

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance in the can line department.

• Conduct maintenance repairs on conveyors, pumps, fans, screens, cylinders, and motors.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues.

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.

• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.

• Work with fine details and precision.

• Identify and solve problems effectively.

• Communicate and coordinate with other shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of maintenance experience.

• Industrial mechanical maintenance experience.

• Experience working with up to 480V electrical systems.

• Proficient in performing preventative maintenance.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Possess a journeyman card or certification.

Work Environment

This position is based in a salt facility, which can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The shift is from 11 pm to 7 am, Sunday night through Friday morning, with on-call duties every 5 to 6 weeks, including potential weekend work. Steel toe boots are required for safety.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75171.20 - $77251.20/yr.

$3000 sign on Bonus - ($1500 after 6 month $1500 after 1st year)
