Robert Half is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist for a client located in Riverside, CA. IT Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing site, providing deskside support for workstation set up, printers, working with scanners along with troubleshooting any tier I/II issues that arise.

Pay Rate: $36-38/hr.

Requirements

Must-haves:

· Azure Active Directory, (OU's, and security groups in AD, manage users)

· 365 Administration for onboarding

· Inventory Management – deployment of pre imaged machines

· Meraki Troubelshooting

Job Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary support technician along with another member for the Riverside branch and remote sites, delivering solutions and technical support

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations and provide timely assistance to users.

· Provide 24/7 support for enterprise level environment consisting of 3K+ end users

· Working with Exchange, Azure, MS365 Administration

· Experience with handheld scanners and printers for the manufacturing floor

· Ability to set up and help conduct meeting working with A/V troubleshooting, MS Team, Google Meet, for audio and video troubleshooting

· Support and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki Wireless Access Points

· Experience with Service NOW ticketing system a huge PLUS!
