Job Summary:
Adecco is assisting a local client in Riverton, WY seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant for a short-term assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front desk support, including answering phones, taking messages, greeting clients, and handling applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer Phones: Professionally manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and take accurate messages as needed.
Take Messages: Ensure that all messages are documented clearly and delivered promptly to the intended recipients.
Greet Clients: Welcome and assist clients visiting the office, providing a friendly and helpful first point of contact.
Hand Out and Collect Applications: Distribute applications to clients and ensure that completed forms are collected and processed accordingly.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with office equipment such as telephones and computers.
Employment Details:
Start Date: Tuesday, September 10th, 2024, at 8:00 AM
End Date: Thursday, September 12th, 2024, at 5:00 PM
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily
Compensation: $18.56/hour
Pay Details: $18.56 per hour
