HYBRID OPPORTUNITY (2-3 days in office max) We are on the hunt for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our client's team in Riviera Beach, Florida. As the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, you will be in charge of creating customer deposit and sales invoices, overseeing the entire accounts receivable process, and managing customer accounts. You will also be tasked with supervising the accounts receivable team and developing credit and collections strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of customer deposit and sales invoices primarily in Great Plains

• Supervise the accounts receivable operations including billing, invoicing, and collections

• Ensure the accurate and timely recording of accounts receivable transactions in the accounting system

• Oversee and resolve disputes related to billing or payment discrepancies in customer accounts

• Supervise and develop the accounts receivable team, including hiring and performance management

• Develop and enforce credit policies to minimize bad debt exposure and manage collections

• Monitor and analyze aging reports, identifying at-risk accounts and implementing appropriate collection strategies

• Prepare regular accounts receivable reports and dashboards highlighting key performance metrics for management

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in all accounts receivable operations

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and functions

• Demonstrated competence in Auditing techniques

• Practical knowledge of Billing Functions

• Familiarity with Dynamics GP software

• Ability to handle Cash Applications effectively

• Experience in High-Volume Invoicing

• Proven skills in Credit Approvals and Collections

• Ability to generate and analyze Aging Reports

• Proficiency in using Great Plains Dynamics software

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Prior usage of Epicor software is desirable
