CAE USA INC Customer & Operational Services Manager - Defence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
About This Role
Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for excellence? Join our dynamic team as a Manager Customer & Operational Services (C&OS) for our Saudi business. In this exciting role, you'll oversee a key contract delivering UAV flight training to the RSAF at Al Majma’ah airbase amongst other contracts. You'll lead talented teams of flight instructors and engineers whilst ensuring excellent performance and growth.
What You'll Do:
Drive Success: Oversee the operations management of active contracts, ensuring effective delivery and performance of all operational activities.
Ensure Excellence: Monitor and report on contract activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and KPIs.
Lead and Inspire: Provide day-to-day leadership to a diverse team, guiding their career development and supporting their growth.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our Business Development team to support growth in the region and take on new responsibilities as our business expands.
Engage and Communicate: Conduct stakeholder engagement meetings and progress reviews to ensure all requirements and KPIs are met.
Support and Develop: Assist in the development of C&OS solutions, engage with customers to derive requirements, and support market research and analysis.
About You
You have a strong operations management background, ideally from the defence sector.
You have experience managing a team and working with technical products such as flight simulators or similar.
You have demonstrable project management experience and a passion for driving success.
