Financial Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting long-range financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and monthly financial performance analysis. This individual will assist in CAPEX and fixed asset planning, labor headcount forecasting, and provide in-depth P&L variance analysis, including revenue recognition and cost variances. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Skills
Bachelors degree in Economics or Finance
0-6 years experience in financial analysis or modeling
Excel proficiency
Ability to collaborate with project leaders and other stakeholders within the business
Attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Roanoke, Virginia.
Work Environment
M-F fully onsite 8am - 5pm
