Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst: * Working closely with team members to gather input and ensure that the updated documentation aligns with their understanding of processes and workflows. * Developing new workflows or updating existing ones to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. * Thorough examination of all existing documentation to identify areas that require revision or clarification. * Creating new documentation where necessary to address gaps in coverage or provide additional information.
