Responsibilities

This position will coordinate the program and services offered within the Mayo Clinic International Center. The Supervisor will have supervisory responsibility for a team of International Patient Coordinators and Service Specialists, and will provide oversight and direction for workload and schedules. The Supervisor will interact with individuals both internal and external to Mayo and will facilitate process and workflow improvements. The Supervisor should understand Mayo's practice and explore opportunities to grow and expand the practice both internal and external to Mayo. The Supervisor will work closely with the practice physicians, Allied Health Staff, and Administrator in General Internal Medicine to provide oversight and direction to meet strategic goals of the practice and overall practice vision.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. Three to five years of previous supervisory experience required. Experience with career development and performance management preferred. Substantial knowledge of Mayo Clinic practices/methods preferred. Excellent time management, customer service, organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills necessary.
