General Description
Activities will be performed under general supervision and will follow the Agency’s guidelines to maintain confidentiality. The Data Analytics and System Administration Specialist provides ongoing maintenance of currently data sets and dashboards, system administration and support development of new data sets and dashboards by partnering with functional and program leaders to identify business process requirements and data analytics to address ongoing operational and process improvement needs. Effectively supports ongoing and collaborative communication amongst all program staff and is responsible for ensuring a trauma informed care environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Updates, operates, and documents maintenance activities for current data analytics dashboards.
· Assists with the development and tests use of newly formed data sets and dashboards.
· Serves as primary contact for trouble shooting and problem solving with data analytics platforms and dashboards
· Participates in meetings with agency leaders and functional programs to design, develop and establish data tools to assist program leaders in meeting requirements and/or making programmatic decisions
· Assists with implementing structure data analytics utilizing data automation (extract/transform/load, ETL) processes to minimize day to day operational intervention and ensure data security
· Develops, maintains and serves as primary contact for agency SharePoint and Teams Intranet suite
· Serves as lead system administration to commercial or funder platforms as assigned
· In coordination with leadership and/or administrative services, develops automated processes using Microsoft Office Suite tools and data platforms
· Assists in the development of data operations and analytics standards and processes.
· Develops and provides data analytic reports to leadership as requested.
· Develops and facilitates training for targeted users of data analytics to ensure ease of understanding and utilization of data analytics.
· Develops and facilitates training for assigned platforms and serving as system administrator
· Provides guidance for data analytics and reporting within multiple data systems used throughout the agency.
· Participates in relevant Agency meetings and/or trainings
· Actively pursues development of professional competencies related to job role performance through reading, supervision, in-service training and attendance at conferences and workshops.
· Awareness and active support of the Agency's Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Plan. Including, but not limited to, supporting the Agency's Core Competency initiatives of being Collaborative and Community Focused, Innovative and Entrepreneurial, and Culturally Competent and Diverse

Qualifications
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Sciences, Information Technology, System Administration, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Experience: Three years of experience working in IT or Business position demonstrating Process and Data Analytics deliverables. Experience in Power BI, Microsoft Office 365 suite including SharePoint, Power Automate, Forms and Teams. Experience with extract/transform/load (ETL) processes.
Experience working with highly secure data environments. Programming experience: DAX (required); other desirable: C#, SQL, Python. Experience with Comply Track, Financial Edge and EHR systems is highly desirable. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
