Job Description:

Manage the distribution of all facilities work requests and preventative maintenance (PM) tasks to the maintenance staff. Manage communication with the customer, assuring satisfaction and that the customer’s schedules are met. Liaison with the trades mechanics and customers to ensure required resources are identified, planned, estimated, organized and scheduled prior to execution for efficient utilization of the maintenance resources. Ensures work requests are completed and labor is properly tracked in the CMMS. Develops scope of work and performs rough order of magnitude estimates for cost and schedule working with both contractors and mechanic team. Works independently to get projects completed on time. Manage daily work load and assignments of the Facility Maintenance Department. Responsible for coordinating scheduled & unscheduled repairs, planned maintenance and project work. Assigns work and follows up on completion of work requests. Delivers reports on metrics for achieving departmental KPIs weekly to management team and presents results in charts weekly for the maintenance team. Develops PM procedures and assigns to team

Salary Range:

$55,000-$78,664 annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School diploma/GED

Administrative: Preferred 3 to 5 years of facilities administrative responsibilities working with work order management systems.

Skills: Preferred Mechanically inclined, Computer literate

License/Certification: Valid New York State driver’s license
