Aerotek is hiring for a Maintenance Technician!

Job Description

Local commercial management company is in search of a facility maintenance technician to join their team!

As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior and interior spaces of one of our commercial properties and office buildings. Responsibilities will include landscaping, general cleaning and maintenance of building interiors, managing electrical lighting systems, replacing ceiling tiles, maintaining drain pumps and drinking fountains, and managing inventory material from ordering to documentation.

Medical benefits, 401k, PTO, sick leave, company cell phone, and work uniforms available upon hire. Maintenance technicians will also have access to a company vehicle.

Skill Requirements

• Previous experience in building or facility maintenance

• Residential or commercial construction experience

• HVAC experience beneficial but not mandatory

• High mechanical aptitude

• Ability to provide customer service when speaking with commercial tenants

• Must have valid drivers license to operate company vehicles

Additional Information

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, First Shift

• Pay: $18-$25/hr Pending Experience

• Minimal on call after 6 months of training - additional compensation provided

• Employer provided uniforms and cell phone

• No travel required
