Aerotek is hiring for a Facilities Technician!

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00/hr

Location: Rochester, NY

Job Description

• Perform landscaping/upkeep of the exterior

• Conduct cleaning/general maintenance of the interior of the office buildings

• Responsible for interior and exterior electrical lighting functions, including inspection, changing, and replacing switches, outlets, and lightbulbs

• Replace missing and damaged ceiling tiles and/or grids

• Maintain drain pumps and drinking fountains, investigate leaks

• Order, pick up, and deliver inventory materials and document to track inventory

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Rochester, New York.

Work Environment

-Shift/Pay: 1st shift M-F 7AM-4PM (Rotates on-call duty once a month and is responsible for emergency responses to alarms, systems failures, and doors held open, in addition to providing building access to contractors and emergency services as needed. Time & a half when on call)

-On Call goes Friday-Friday that one week a month
