Primary job responsibilities include:Design and implement new functionalityTroubleshoot system and user problemsStay up to date on trends and developments within HR systems and technology, proactively providing ideas and information regarding best practices and trends. Work to enhance the capability of self and team.Drive testing strategy by defining test scenarios and oversee process. Review, test, and assist with the implementation of system upgrades; collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate the application of an update or fix and document process and results.Provide technical and functional requirements for integrations and new functionalityDocument user requirements, technical mapping, functional procedures and user training material to support system changesManage projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of qualityCreate and generate data extracts through a variety of reporting tools by understanding data values, sources and data models including the data structure and interactions.Provide functional and application support for various HR systems. 3 years experience working with technology and data as a Business Analyst or other analytical position. Minimum Salary: 52300 Maximum Salary: 87600 Salary Unit: Yearly
