  Summary:

  National Property Management Associates, Inc. has a great opportunity for a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Project Lead to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of our residential apartment communities in the Rochester, NY area.

  Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the Regional and/or District Manager on a daily basis to discuss priorities and schedule projects.

• Complete projects relating to capital budgets, routine to-do list, operations, etc.

• Identify and report any deficiencies to district and/or regional manager

• Obtains bids on projects

• Oversee contractors work on the property and help with capital projects

  Skills:

• Strong leadership skills

• Must have 2-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician

• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, & HVAC.

• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices

• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

• Good physical condition and strength

• HVAC Certification
