SUMMARY

As a Campus Talent Partner, you will be primarily responsible for attending and participating in formal campus recruitment events to cultivate relationships and implement successful recruitment plans to ensure RRH is hiring the best possible early talent.

STATUS: Full Time

LOCATION: Hybrid / Riedman Campus

Required Travel to various school campuses during busy recruitment season.

DEPARTMENT: Talent Acquistion

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday Days:

Some weekends and evenings during busy recruitment season

ATTRIBUTES

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to Communicate effectively with all levels of employees, students, administration, and the public both in verbal and written format
• Previous experience in public speaking and presentation skills preferred
• Strong knowledge of area colleges desired, with experience in on campus recruitment preferred
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Energetic, passionate individual with ability to sell the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred
• New York State LPN or RN License preferred
• One year of relevant experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Campus Recruiting for a set of define campuses/schools
• Participate & attend events for the Campus/Programs you support
• Develop relationships with students from defined schools
• Full cycle recruitment for the schools you are responsible for
• Meet" new to practice" recruitment & hiring goals for Rochester Regional Health
• Support full-cycle recruitment for Internship Programs
• Partner with & support the Campus Recruitment Team on identified initiatives
• Be a Brand Ambassador in the Community

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE: $60,000.00 - $78,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
