This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm. On-call rotation every 6 weeks.
Oversees performance management of staff on assigned floors, including coaching, disciplinary actions, and termination interviews and hires new staff; oversees onboarding experience for new staff
Guides teams toward clinical, quality and operational excellence
Understands and embraces the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Process as the way to address operational challenges and concerns
Contribute to the formulation, review and amendment of operational policies and operational procedures in accordance with administrative organization of the facility
Contribute to Quality Assurance initiatives with responsibility as an active member in various committees; CQI, HIPPA, Interdisciplinary Policy and Procedure and Clinical Leadership
Will handle other responsibilities as part of the Nursing team on the assigned floors
