Roofers install shingles, asphalt, metal, or other materials to make the roof weatherproof using hand tools such as tape measure and hammer.

Hard Skills

• Prior experience in a roofing setting

• Hand or power tool experience

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Rochester, New York.

Work Environment

Projects are around the Rochester area, typically within 40 miles of the headquarters on Brighton Henrietta Townline Road. Hours are 7 AM to 3:30 PM. 95% of the work is commercial, whether it be new construction or remodels. The team currently has about 20 painters working on various projects. Projects include new construction and renovations of office buildings, business parks, etc.
