We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Event Coordinator in our Non-Profit Blood Donation organization located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, United States. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our partners, facilitate event planning, coordinate with our marketing team, and handle key account management tasks.

This is a full time role with extensive driving to blood drives in the Charlotte surrounding area. There will be some Saturdays as most of the blood drives are during Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the planning and execution of non-profit events to ensure a smooth operation. Attending the Blood Drives and facilitating a seamless and organized process.

• Serve as the primary liaison to businesses that collaborate with our organization

• Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging promotional materials for events

• Utilize your skills in event coordination to execute successful non-profit events

• Maintain an adaptable work schedule to meet the needs of various shifts and occasional weekend duties

• Oversee email and direct marketing campaigns to promote non-profit events

• Manage key accounts and perform account maintenance tasks when required

• Foster relationships with partners and stakeholders through virtual interviews

• Expand our book of business while preserving current partnerships

• Perform other duties as needed that align with the role of an Event Coordinator

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems for effective customer relationship management

• Proficiency in database management for efficient data organization and retrieval

• Experience with EO/IR systems for enhanced event organization and implementation

• Ability to utilize Facebook Insights for social media management and analytics

• Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and reporting website traffic

• Experience in creating and managing advertisements for events promotion

• Proven track record in enhancing brand awareness through strategic planning

• Experience in designing brochures for events promotion and information dissemination

• Demonstrated competence in campaign planning for events
