Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by managing administrative tasks like posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Ultimately, you will contribute to the successful hiring of qualified candidates for the organization by effectively utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and updating job descriptions across various platforms

  • Posting job openings on job boards and internal career sites

  • Utilizing social media and other sourcing methods to attract candidates

  • Managing employee referral programs

  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

  • Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate fit

  • Scheduling interviews with hiring managers

  • Coordinating assessment tests and other selection tools

  • Managing interview schedules and logistics

  • Sending interview reminders to candidates and interviewers

  • Preparing interview materials and briefing hiring managers

  • Maintaining candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Providing timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Managing candidate communication and expectations

  • Assisting with new hire paperwork and onboarding process

  • Coordinating new hire orientation schedules

  • Tracking key recruitment metrics (time to fill, source of hire, etc.)

  • Generating reports on recruitment activity and trends

  • Identifying areas for improvement in the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • 6-12 months of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition capacity

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience with entry-level candidates (warehouse, retail, customer service, etc.)

  • Experience using ATS technology

  • Proficiency using MS Office tools

Additional Information:

  • 6 month contract to hire

  • Fully onsite M- F

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
