ManpowerGroup Warehouse Associate in Rockville, Maryland

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Associate/ Material Handler/ Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate/ Material Handler

Location: Rockville MD 20850

Pay Rate: $20/hr.

What's the Job?

  • Receive materials, client samples, and internal finished goods on a daily basis while ensuring quality procedures are followed.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

  • Support operations by providing timely materials through requisition issue and delivery.

  • Prepare and ship materials according to client requirements and relevant shipping documentation.

  • Operate material handling equipment and assist in equipment monitoring and maintenance.

What's Needed?

  • Prior biopharma shipping and handling experience is required.

  • Associates in biotech are helpful, but no formal degree is necessary.

  • Ability to perform physical handling of inventory and maintain accurate system records.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to support improvement initiatives and streamline processes.
