The Associate Manager of Customer Insights, Walmart will support the Mondelez customer business team & Walmart by providing insights into category trends, consumer behavior, and merchandising strategies. You'll be responsible for using shopper & POS data to identify performance, trends, and growth opportunities. The role requires strong data analysis, business acumen, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. Mondelez seeks a critical thinker with strong influencing and relationship-building abilities who excels in a fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Customer Insights, Biscuit.
Candidate must be located within the Northwest Arkansas area with the expectation of a hybrid work model of 3 days in our Rogers office.

How You Will Contribute -
Track performance using internal and syndicated reporting
Maintain store and product attribution
Provide support to Sr. Manager of Customer Insights, sales & cross-functionalteams
Assist and participate in buyer meetings, including category reviews
Continuously optimize business through data, tracking, learning, and thought leadership
Support Omnichannel objectives to drive sustainable category growth
Develop consumer selling stories using Walmart Luminate data
Provide strong guidance to stakeholders on the principles and uses of customer data to unearth actionable, growth-oriented insights at a retail level
Build action-oriented insights on assortment, merchandising, pricing & shelving to drive category growth at Walmart

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
4+ years of experience within insights, customer growth, Walmart experience preferred
Expertise in Walmart Luminate Shopper Behavior
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable business strategies.
Experience in using retailer data, panel/POS syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, Numerator, Walmart Luminate, etc.), consumer insights, and analytics to develop compelling retail customer plans ideally in the FMCG/CPG industry
High proficiency in base business tools (Excel/PowerPoint), with in-depth knowledge in analyzing and creating visualizations of large amounts of data
Proven track record in persuasively influencing and aligning key customers and business stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $92,800 to $127,600 ; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
