Job Description

A large manufacturing company is seeking a Plant Manager to join their team in Romeoville, IL. This role is crucial in improving efficiency, cost, quality, and safety through both individual and team contributions. This candidate will supervise all plant operations, including production and warehouse departments, and coordinate departmental activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements, and ensure timely delivery of manufactured products. The role also involves training direct reports on operating procedures, quality standards, environmental, health and safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring compliance and sustainment of training for smooth operations.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• 10+ years' experience leading a team in a Manufacturing environment

• See internal notes for additional information

• Plastics bottle industry experience

-Knowledge of continuous improvement and LEAN six-sigma

• Familiarity with OSHA standards

• Knowledge of ERP systems null
