MAT Holdings, Inc Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator - 2nd Shift in Romeoville, Illinois

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator for 2nd shift at our Romeoville, IL distribution center. The pay rate is $21.50/hour + $2.00/per hr shift differential. The hours for the 2nd shift are Monday through Friday, 2:00pm. to 10:30 p.m., with opportunities for overtime pay.

  • Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity

  • Maintain product identification and location program

  • Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them

  • Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations

  • Track and report non-conforming product

  • Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner

  • Document damaged product

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. as part of the job function

  • Must be able to pass the equipment certification test and drive a forklift on a daily basis

  • Must be computer literate

  • Have strong verbal and written skills 

  • Must be detailed oriented

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to communicate in English

  • Relevant warehouse experience within the last 2 years

  • Recent experience with Cycle counting/inventory

  • Must be certified to operate forklift

  • Recent Experience with RF scanners

  • Must be computer literate and have experience in any WMS.

  • Must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct data
