Qualifications:

• Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) is required

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required

• 2 years of HR experience preferred

• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Proficient with MS Windows Operating System (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

• Organizational, verbal and effective communication skills required

• Ability to multi-task several projects at a time with attention to detail

Associate must at all times be attentive, friendly and courteous in a service oriented mannner to all guests, managers and employees.  You must maintain regular attendance, personal appearance and grooming in compliance with Aztec standards and dress code.  You will create and maintain new hire, personnel and electronic/digitial training files, answer phones and greet visitors using appropriate etiquette (clear and professional language.)  May provide support on special projects for various departments.
