Job Title: Forklift/ Order Picker

Job Description

Order pickers will be responsible for picking orders to be shipped. Operate stand-up forklifts and must have stand-up forklift experience. Use RF Scanners. Follow picking sheets and walk to assigned locations. Build orders as per customer specifications. Palletize and wrap orders. Verify shipping counts. May also need to repack parts into minimal boxes for shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in ROSELLE, Illinois.

Work Environment

Aquion assembles various water softeners and filters for various industries, both residential and commercial. The work environment is very clean, state-of-the-art, and focused on employee well-being. The position is for the 1st Shift, 6 am - 2:30 pm, with a pay rate of $17 an hour. This is a contract-to-hire role. The job also involves performing assembly of small sub-assemblies for filters by hand and using basic hand tools, with some material handling duties and lifting up to 30 lbs required. Must be able to read and write English.
