Responsibilities: Assist senior mechanics in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues under the guidance of experienced mechanics. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a technical school or vocational program specializing in heavy equipment mechanics or a related field. Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced mechanics. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. .
