Drive transparency of project progress. Ensure programs achieve the desired outcome in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations. This includes team connectivity at the project-level and point person for updates on program status. Follow Program Management Best Practices to advance progress, inclusive of program governance: scope, timeline management, risk assessments, action item management, escalations. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by participating in team engagement sessions to share best practice. Required Qualifications 8 years of experience in increasingly broader QRC, RandD, technical, operational, or supply chain roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership.
