Create and monitor production goals to lead performance in achievement of objectives and schedule execution. Generate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency. Effective and timely communication with the team and support areas to collaborate and achieve results. Understand and improve production processes and support process documentation. Effective understanding and knowledge of equipment capabilities, capacities, and process options. Daily job assignment deployment and resource planning to support schedule execution, performance and team development. Coordinate problem resolution with support areas across the business as needed to execute objectives. Provide performance reviews, feedback and documentation. Understand and proficiently utilize computer system applications to execute responsibilities. Timely daily management of labor reporting in computer systems. Actively participate in department and business meetings. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Prior effective Supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Four to seven years of leadership experience.
