The HSEQ Coordinator is responsible for maintaining HSE&Q activities. You will assist and support the performance, compliance, and development of HSEQ policies, processes and diverse regulatory items. You will be involved in operational and tactical advisory work, always keeping the interests of the organization and compliance in mind. Furthermore, you will actively manage HSE-systems. You actively participate in Management of Change, Manage Control of Work-processes and support during incident investigations. In this role you will report into the HSE Manager and you will partner with colleagues to understand both business and compliance development areas.
Function
Issue, review and provide support in the preparation of work permits
Responsible for HSE plans
Manage Control of Work process, investigating (occupational) accidents
Investigate and analyze risks in the area of HSE
Support with Management of Change
Support with II&R process
Preparing and advising on policy plans, annual plans and annual reports
Stimulating awareness in the field of safety
Provide training on Health, Safety and Environment
Provide assistance with Safety plans for projects
Advising on; implementing, maintaining and optimizing the safety at our site and the policy regarding the projects
Supporting the drafting and reviewing of SOP’s
Perform and monitor the RI&E
Support with ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001
Support with validation and verification rounds
Support in project teams for HSEQ related items
Conducting HSE inspections and audits
Preparation of environmental applications
Support with implementing Seveso guidelines
Periodical reporting to authorities as well as internal
Preparation of internal and external audits related to HESQ related items
Advisor role within HSEQ OE related subjects
Profile
Technical bachelor education (HBO) is an advantage
Preferably a HVK background, or at least MVK with at a minimum of three years HSE experience
Preferably in possession of a valid VOL-VCA certificate
Knowledge of management systems including ISO 45001, 9001 and 14001
Good knowledge of legislation, criteria and (inter)national standards concerning HSE
Basic knowledge of statistical research methods and financial aspects of business operations
Good consulting skills and strong in stakeholder management
Experience as a HSE expert is an advantage
Excellent communicative skills of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
Experience in building the necessary alliances to enhance and facilitate collaboration across the Chevron Oronite
Teamplayer who can work independently, is flexible and resistant to stress
In possession of a driver’s license B
You have good advice and reporting skills
