We are looking for a TA Business Partner to support our Hub in Northern Europe – mainly focusing on the Netherlands. “I am looking for someone to be my close sparring partner in one of our largest hubs in Europe. You will be the eyes and ears of Talent Acquisition in the Netherlands, working closely with the business, me and the rest of TA. This is a role, where you will get a lot of responsibility and opportunities to grow!” tells Kamilla, Talent Acquisition Director, Northern Europe.
Be a close sparring partner to the business
You will operate as a trusted advisor to the business by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring teams, senior management and departmental heads. Your main focus will be on the Netherlands, but recruitments in Belgium and Germany might occur. Your tasks include:
Recruitment A-Z: from initial briefing through to direct sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, providing feedback and managing the offer process all whilst adding value at each stage of the process.
Talent Development: create strong talent pipelines by developing programs for proactive sourcing of qualified applicants utilizing Sedgwick’s employer branding across a smart mix of social media and other recruitment channels.
Projects: participate in the rollout of talent acquisition related initiatives and projects, championing and optimizing programs such as the colleague referral program.
You will collaborate with Colleague Resource Business Partners and business leaders to understand strategic direction from both a function and country perspective that will enable the creation of talent acquisition strategies to align to company vision.

Experienced recruiter
We are looking for you with experience within recruitment from the Netherlands. Since your manager is located in Denmark, it is important that you have experience with working independently and all round with recruitment. We imagine that you have:
Significant full-cycle talent acquisition experience obtained from a global fast-paced environment.
Experience in all areas of sourcing – LinkedIn, local tools, social media, referrals, internal mobility programs, etc.
Solid communication skills – fluent in Dutch and professional in English, written and oral.
You have a proven ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions in a fast-paced environment – and you are comfortable working in ambiguous-led environments with a bias towards transformation and change. We use Workday, why knowledge of this is highly desirable.
