Under general supervision, the candidate performs a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment. Also, performs related duties that includes carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting tasks. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: Approximately 20 hours per week. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described, including related work experience in one or more of the building trades. Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle.
