About the role.

As our HR Officer, you will be a highly valued part of the HR team.

Based in Rutherford, and supporting sites across QLD & NSW, you’ll report to the Organisational Development Manager and be part of our HR team which includes HR Business partners, a Recruitment Business Partner, our Payroll team and HR and Career Pathways coordinators.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects and activities including:

  • Recruitment & onboarding

  • Support for learning & development and diversity & inclusion initiatives

  • Implementation of key workplace wellbeing initiatives & programs

  • Supporting the maintenance of key HR data and documentation.

    The role is available due to an internal secondment and is a fixed term 12-month placement.

Qualifications/Requirements.

  • HR exposure or experience in a similar role, ideally in a medium to large business

  • Advanced working knowledge of MS office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint

  • A proven ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Qualifications in HR (or working toward) are highly desirable

  • Effective problem-solving skills to enable you to improve processes and achieve positive outcomes.
