Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem BW ESD Administrative Clerk in Rye, New York

  • Job Title: Administrative Clerk
  • Pay Rate: $26/hr
  • Assignment: 6 Month Contract
  • The candidate has to be willing to report to office 511 Theodore Fremd Ave, 3 days a week 2 days remote, 7:00 am 3:30 pm. During training the contractor may be asked to go onsite 5 days a week for better training purposes.
Qualifications:

Selected candidate must possess excellent clerical and organization skills, including computer skills and competency in the Windows file-management platform and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word). Selected candidate should have the ability to learn Company work systems such as the CPMS, CIS, CRMS Oracle, Project-Wise, Byers, Vision and Outage Management. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required for frequent interaction with Manager, District Managers, Planners, Supervisors, and Field Crews. Selected candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities, as required.

Minimum of 5 years of Administrative experience

Duties:
Will include but are not limited to, communicating with internal and external customers using both telephone and e-mails, logging and tracking job information on various systems, job scheduling and compiling various status reports.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires sitting at a workstation (desk) and working on computers for extended periods of time. . This candidate must be able to push/pull/lift up to 20 lbs. in weight (stationary boxes and boxes of paper), as well as stoop, bend, reach and kneel in order to file documents. A valid driver's license is required.

Additional:
Duties also include Storm Response and Weather Contingency assignments.
