The role is critical to our operations, requiring the successful candidate to handle a variety of duties including tracking and recording transactions, keeping up-to-date financial records, and processing purchase orders to suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate tracking and recording of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Efficient processing of payables and receivables

• Resolving discrepancies by investigating documentation

• Invoicing customers in a timely and accurate manner

• Contributing to the preparation of financial statements

• Reconciliation of inventory on a regular basis

• Performing data entry for payroll audits and approving timecards

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role

• Solid understanding of Account Reconciliation

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive financial information

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred but not mandatory

• Knowledge of standard accounting principles and procedures

• Familiarity with financial software is a plus

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
