In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our financial operations, from managing accounts payable and receivable to reconciling bank statements. This role is integral to maintaining the financial health of our organization in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable processes, including verification of General Ledger coding and obtaining necessary approvals before making payments

• Perform reconciliation of vendor statements and collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies

• Assist with month-end close processes, which include bank account reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, and posting monthly journal entries

• Prepare financial reports for management

• Utilize and administer company practices, standards, procedures, tools, and methodologies

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in performing bank reconciliations

• Ability to manage and maintain the general ledger

• Experience in preparing and posting journal entries

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
