Description We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team in Englewood, New Jersey. The incumbent will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, and making journal entries. This role also includes executing the month-end close process and using accounting software like NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage all accounts payable and receivable.

• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate and up-to-date.

• Make regular journal entries to update financial information.

• Execute the month-end close process efficiently and accurately.

• Utilize accounting software like NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.

• Analyze financial data and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

• Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple high-priority projects.

• Exhibit a strong work ethic focused on meeting deadlines.

• Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills in managing accounting tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with General Ledger management

• Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge of NetSuite software

• Proficiency in Oracle software

• Experience with QuickBooks software

• Familiarity with SAP software

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
