What You'll Do

  • Via phone or email, provide excellent customer support and information to vehicle owners who are at risk for their level of satisfaction with the product 
  • Proactively contact customers to help them have the ultimate customer care experience so they are happy with their purchase
  • Support the department and team leads with operational projects
  • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Required Skills

  • Computer navigation and telephone skills
  • Typing skills
  • Able to problem solve and take part in discussions as a consultant
  • Able to negotiate/create solutions that meet client, customer and Morley objectives
  • Have a strong work ethic, an ability to meet deadlines, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to?detail 
  • Able to build positive, lasting relationships with your customer base
  • Have a full understanding of project operational and workflow processes to meet quality and productivity guidelines

Eligibility Requirements

  • One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Available to work shifts between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday (no weekends!) 
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive

Nice to Have

  • Degree in relevant or related field

Remote Work Requirements

  • Michigan resident 
  • High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
  • Secluded and distraction-free work environment
