What You'll Do * Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles * Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion * Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Perform other duties as assigned by your manager What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications: * 18 years old * Valid driver's license * Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Customer-first mindset Preferred Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds Work Environment This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. Fast-paced workshop setting with physical demands, including extended standing and heavy lifting.
