Behavioral Health Technician (BHT);\ 1. Reports to Administrator/Program Manager or supervisor.\ 2. Responsible for resident supportive protective oversight;\ 3. Ensures resident take medications in accordance with agency self-administration of medication procedure;\ 4. Assist resident in receiving the care and services specified in their treatment plan;\ 5. Plans social and recreational activities for resident;\ 6. Prepares daily progress notes on resident progress or regression;\ 7. Give one on one counseling and document it through SOAP notes\ 8. Ensures residents confidentiality and rights are maintained;\ 9. Provides educational enhancement training for resident;\ 10. Meals preparation, helping resident with independent living skills such as hygiene, laundry etc.\ 11. Arrange resident transportation;\ 12. Must demonstrate ethical behavior at all times.
