Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in St Louis Earnings Tx, Missouri, United States. This role involves a wide array of financial tasks including managing QuickBooks Online, handling accounts payable, and assisting with client invoicing and tax preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain precise customer credit records

• Oversee and manage financial tasks using QuickBooks Online

• Ensure the correct projects are coded for expenses

• Handle the issuance of client invoices

• Take charge of accounts payable, utilizing AMEX for payments

• Collaborate with warehouse staff to oversee FedEx billing

• Utilize US Bank SharePoint for conducting wire transfers and international payments

• Assist with the preparation of client invoices and tax preparation

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Capable of performing Bank Reconciliations effectively

• Strong Bookkeeping skills are a must

• Must be adept at Data Entry tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience in Month End Close procedures is needed

• Must have experience in managing Payroll

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential
