Description

Employees will work in a union facility. There are 3 shifts and employees will be on 3rd shift. Shift times are Monday- Friday 11:00pm-7:00am, or Sunday- Thursday, 11pm- 7am.

Must have at least 2 years experience in industrial maintenance. Do not need to have experience with hydraulics. -Maintenance on processing equipment, pipe fitting, welding, fabrication, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installation of equipment. -Adjust or repair packaging equipment. -Repair or replace defective equipment and parts using and and power tools. -Perform routine preventative maintenance on all equipment. -Inspect drives, motors and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters and preform other maintenance tasks while keeping all activities documented. -Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair/owner manuals, engineering specifications and parts catalogs as necessary. -Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machinery. -Work with outside contractors and plant operations to ensure all maintenance is completed in a safe and efficient manner.

General understanding of electrical systems and controls is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00
