Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Training Coordinator in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in organizing and coordinating training events, ensuring efficient communication with all involved parties, and maintaining inventory and fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and set up training events, using information from training team contacts and hosts

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and assist them with successful online registration

• Ensure efficient communication with customers, trainers, and hosts related to class events

• Monitor online registrations and class completions, communicating updates with trainers and training teams

• Collaborate with accounting staff to generate coupon codes for pricing variations and billing

• Monitor training inventory levels in collaboration with accounting staff, resolving any issues as necessary

• Support the preparation of training sites by identifying and preparing training hosts

• Use CRM to create and monitor training fulfillment orders

• Assist with packing, unpacking, and replenishing of materials for trainings

• Ensure compliance with IACET standards for quality learning environments and learner communication Requirements • Proficiency in Assertion Markup Language

• Experience with CRM software

• Familiarity with e-Learning Modules

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems

• Ability to use Maps API

• Competency in using About Time software

• Excellent communication skills

• Understanding of compliance requirements

• Strong customer service abilities
