Program Instructor -- 4-H Camp Ohio

4-H Camp Ohio is seeking enthusiastic Program Instructors to lead engaging and educational activities for campers. This seasonal, live-on-site position is perfect for individuals who love the outdoors, working with youth, and making a positive impact in a camp setting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on, interactive programs in areas such as outdoor education, team-building, adventure activities, and leadership development.
• Create a fun, inclusive, and safe environment for campers to learn and grow.
• Maintain program areas and equipment in good working condition.
• Work collaboratively with other instructors, counselors, and camp staff to support overall camp operations.

Qualifications:

• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with youth.
• Experience in outdoor education, recreation, or youth programming is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and teach a variety of camp activities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
